SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR (SPF):
This position requires the following current certification: Certified Emergency Nurse by a national accrediting agency, such as the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing (BCEN), in order to provide oversight of staff to enhance emergency room patient care and promote safety.
